Sorry about the watermark, but this is such a generic image, specifically created for a NON paid logo for a Photoshop Downloads website portal, that I wanted to avoid the head ache of watching some bum using my work for either an online download gallery or being an asshole enough to use it directly as a clipart for his/her logo.
With my excuse said, about this 3D:
Made in 3ds Max, rendered with Mental Ray.
I added detail in Zbrush.
Put together an occlusion pass and a DOF pass with the diffuse color pass in Photoshop.
